Strategic Staffing Solutions International's client is an IT services company providing a wide range of of IT infrastructure, critical systems, storage systems, security solutions, and other solutions for different businesses and institutions of various sizes and industries, including the world-leading technology companies.
As their team is growing, they are looking for an Account Manager to join their public sector division.
What you will do:
- Proactively attract new customers and develop business opportunities
- Identify customer needs and provide advice on IT solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the service delivery team and other departments to ensure smooth service implementation
- Work with the company’s CRM system
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and conferences
What you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn, understand customer needs, and identify the right solutions
- Excellent Latvian and good English skills (for working with international clients and partners)
- Proficiency with standard office software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Category B driver’s license
Nice to have:
Experience in selling IT solutions, cybersecurity, or telecommunications services
Higher education in Business Management or Information Technology
