About the position

Responsibilities

As an HR Project Manager, you’ll play a central role in planning, coordinating, and executing HR initiatives and projects that strengthen our culture, performance, and employee experience.


Your key areas of impact:

  • Project Management & Implementation: Plan and deliver HR projects from engagement and culture initiatives to process improvements. Ensure timely execution, clear communication, and measurable outcomes.
  • Learning & Development: Develop and coordinate leadership and professional development programs, track progress, and implement training that supports both individual and organizational growth.
  • People Experience: Support onboarding, engagement, and feedback processes that enhance motivation, belonging, and retention across teams.
  • HR Support & Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to ensure projects align with company goals and people strategy. Provide data and insights to support decision-making.

You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in HR project coordination or a similar HR role.
  • An understanding of organizational dynamics, talent management, and leadership development.
  • Experience leading people initiatives (engagement, culture, or performance) that delivered measurable business results.
  • Data-driven mindset – you translate people insights into action.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management – you build credibility, communicate with clarity, and act with integrity.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
  • A university degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.

Salary

2900- 3800 €/mon. gross.

The salary range is negotiable and may vary based on your experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
