Functional Business Analyst

We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, providing functional solutions, and supporting the team in various functional queries. If you have a solid background in SQL languages and are familiar with Agile methodologies, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze user requirements and devise functional solutions
  • Provide support for functional inquiries
  • Propose enhancements to applications and processes
  • Assist the team in refining stories and resolving blocked issues
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master on pending issues


Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, excluding code reading
  • Familiarity with JIRA
  • Background in Agile methodologies
  • Experience in large-scale projects and team support
  • Demonstrated proactivity
  • Skills in planning and control
  • Autonomy and ability to adapt to changes
  • Strong analytical capacity
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of Java and React
