Contract: B2B (freelance)

Description of the Opportunity Position:
Brief description of the required duties:
- Installation and administration of Linux servers in a virtual environment (RHEL/OL > V8)
- Installation, monitoring, and administration of databases with a focus on Oracle
- Maintenance of the company's infrastructure and inventory management system
- Administration of server-related services
- Support during release and maintenance windows outside of regular working hours
- Audit-compliant documentation of changes and bug fixes

Detailed requirements for the work to be performed:
- Solid and practical experience with Oracle 19 and higher
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems in conjunction with Oracle
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server systems and the administration of heterogeneous networks
- Knowledge of Linux server virtualization
- Knowledge of common security standards such as DORA and other regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of network administration
- Windows Server/client experience
- Knowledge of scripting languages, e.g., VBS, PowerShell, SQL
- Experience in application support for inventory management systems (ideally MSG-Cor.life)
- Experience with several of the following technologies is desirable: MS Active Directory Services, storage systems, virtualization (VMware), web and application servers (JBoss AS/Wildfly, Apache, Tomcat), databases (SQL).
- Days per week: 3, if possible, approximately 20% on-site in Luxembourg
