Salt is currently hiring an iOS developer for a client of ours in Amsterdam.

Role requires once to twice a week on site in Amsterdam, and is paying around 95 euros an hour. You would require KVK/ZZP. It is a 6 month contract with an option to extend.

The Technology Team is building a new revenue stream beyond traditional commission-based models. The team develops and maintains an ad network spanning multiple brands and platforms, enabling partners to increase their visibility and performance through advanced advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the execution of technical and user interface components within our applications and systems.
• Break down large, complex tasks into manageable and decoupled steps.
• Estimate and prioritize work based on implementation effort and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with app developers, backend engineers, product managers, and quality specialists to enhance the overall user experience.
• Ensure the highest quality of applications in production by monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and fixing complex bugs.
• Contribute to cross-company processes that support product delivery—such as build, testing, and release pipelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of development experience across multiple programming languages.
• 3+ years of experience developing iOS applications using the iOS SDK.
• Proven experience solving large-scale technical challenges.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Solid understanding of Xcode and integration of backend services into iOS apps.
• Self-motivated and eager to explore new technologies, applications, and development environments.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and an effective team player.
