Are you passionate about building the systems that power unforgettable gameplay experiences? We're looking for an experienced Principal Generalist Programmer to join an exciting Unreal Project. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our development team, crafting and optimizing systems that bring our game to life across multiple platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, artists, animators, and fellow programmers to ensure a seamless and immersive experience for our players.

In this role you will :

  • Develop clear, maintainable, and well-documented code that drives engaging gameplay features.
  • Debug and optimize code at both low and high levels to ensure peak performance and quality.
  • Evaluate and communicate the potential impact of code changes to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, sharing feedback to elevate overall code quality.
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design and implement core game features.
  • Test new features rigorously and offer suggestions for improvements and refinements.

What we're looking for :

  • 15+ years of professional programming experience, with proven skills in gameplay programming.
  • Proficiency with C++ and at least 2 years of experience working with Unreal Engine.
  • Experience building complex systems from scratch and improving existing ones.
  • You have shipped at least one AAA game in your programming experience.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching other programmers.
  • Experience with Unity is a plus.
