Job Summary
Techwave BV is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fintech Sales Executive to join our team in Eindhoven. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in fintech or financial technology sales, with a proven track record in developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering technology-driven business outcomes. This role involves working closely with clients in banking, payments, and financial services sectors to position Techwave’s fintech and digital transformation solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and capture new business opportunities in the fintech and financial services domain.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs, challenges, and digital transformation goals.
- Generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales, solution, and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and presentations.
- Drive the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage and respond to RFIs/RFPs, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate sales pipeline records in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on fintech trends, emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, digital payments), and competitive landscape to provide market insights.
- Represent Techwave at fintech events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and build business relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and thought leadership efforts.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in fintech or IT solution sales, preferably with exposure to digital transformation or financial technology products.
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales and revenue growth within financial services or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of banking, payments, digital lending, and financial software ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and deliver against targets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Dutch. proficiency in German is an added advantage.
