"Take an active role in developing and enhancing web applications, turning business ideas into functional projects. This position combines programming, process improvement, and collaboration with internal clients to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Participate in the conception and planning stage, translating client ideas into actionable projects. Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. Document project progress and produce regular reports for internal stakeholders. Improve software development processes, testing procedures, server technologies, and version control practices. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable solutions. Candidate Profile Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in PHP/MySQL development. Strong learning ability, proactive, and responsible. Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
