💻 What do you need to be a SMART Fullstack Developer?

• Strong experience developing functional, responsive, and intuitive web interfaces
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to implement user-friendly designs
• Proven experience developing and maintaining PHP applications
• Solid knowledge of MySQL databases — from schema design to query optimization
• Experience developing, configuring, and maintaining plugins for WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, or Magento
• Ability to ensure seamless integration with payment systems
• Commitment to web security best practices
• Experience performing unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with Docker for development and testing environments
• Drive to continuously optimize and improve applications in performance and reliability
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a fullstack or web developer
• Background or experience in the financial sector (a strong plus)
• Problem-solving mindset, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Team player with a sense of ownership and autonomy
• Fluent in English for collaboration in international projects
