Responsibilities
- Data Validation and Cleansing: Conduct regular checks to validate the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Quality Control Framework Development: Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the underlying causes of data quality issues.
- Work with data engineers and other stakeholders to implement permanent solutions and prevent recurrence of these problems.
- Data Governance Collaboration: Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in defining data ownership and stewardship to promote accountability.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, storage, and processing workflows.
- Suggest and implement changes to enhance data quality and streamline data management processes.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality processes, business rules, and quality assurance processes. This ensures that everyone understands the data and how it should be used.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple projects over the course of a day;
- Proficiency (C1) in English;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently;
- Excellent analytical skills, logical problem solving skills;
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking;
- Experience troubleshooting complex problems;
- Meticulously high level of attention to detail and accurate documentation of information;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills;
- High level of cultural sensitivity and awareness to work effectively with diverse teams.
