HRBP:


Personal Profile & Experience


You will be responsible for performance reviews, learning and development, employee retention and employee relations while also improving existing processes and procedures while collaborating with key stakeholders in the business unit.


The Human Resources Business Partner must be able to relate well to all levels of the organization, demonstrate interpersonal awareness to effectively build and sustain strong client partnerships with trust and credibility and will have a demonstrated track record of effective influencing and coaching, teamwork, organizational design and restructuring and leadership skills.




Key competencies:


1. Ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.

2. Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, incl. talent development, performance management, and employee relations.

3. Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.

4. Onboarding of the new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages

5.Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.

6. Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and other HR teams to implement solutions.

7. Drive employee engagement agenda for the employees in your business unit(s).

8.Plan and implement organizational culture activities.



We will love to have a chat with you if you are:


  • You have strong HR functional expertise and a proven track record of being a leader, strong skills in change management, facilitation and a strong ability to identify, resolve or refer complex issues in support of a positive work environment
  • University degree is required
  • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices, global experience is a plus
  • Interpret policies and regulations to ensure fair and equitable resolution of issues
  • You can manage several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet deadlines.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and build support for ideas and initiatives
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization
  • You have a strong curiosity and sense of urgency - driven by results
  • 3-5 years of HRBP/generalist experience is preferred
  • Experience in project management, change management, culture transformations and independent program driving
  • The candidate should have expertise in local Slovenian labor law and regulations
  • Ability to multi-task and to work through complexities in an ever-changing and high growth business environment
  • Self-driven and highly motivated for original thinking as well as continuous improvement.
  • Own-initiative and independent
  • Ready to take on new challenges
  • Communicative and open-minded
  • Have the ability to coordinate project activities with a multitasking approach
  • Have the joy and ability to work in a team
  • Good Slovenian and English language skills, Chinese language skills are a plus.
