We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Generalist, supporting teams in the EMEA region.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a people-focused, organized, and proactive HR Generalist to join our small but mighty global HR team. In this role, you will wear many hats, supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance, engagement, and policy development.
If you love building relationships, solving people challenges, and creating positive employee experiences, this role will give you plenty of variety and room to grow. You will partner closely with employees and leaders across multiple regions, helping make our workplace engaging, compliant, and connected.
NOTE: This is a hybrid role where the incumbent will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. With offices in various global locations, we are currently looking for a candidate located close to our offices in either Birmingham (UK), Ljubljana (Slovenia) or Rotterdam (the Netherlands).
What You’ll Do
- Be a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, offering thoughtful advice, coaching, and day-to-day HR support.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and welcoming new hires.
- Create smooth, engaging onboarding experiences that help new team members hit the ground running.
- Support performance reviews, feedback conversations, and leadership development.
- Partner with leaders on employee relations and workplace culture initiatives.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and HR programs with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Maintain and update policies, processes, and employee handbooks to stay compliant with global and local legislation.
- Help plan and deliver initiatives that drive engagement, inclusion, and recognition.
- Track and analyze HR data, reports, and trends to support better decision-making.
- Jump into HR projects and process improvements that improve our employee experience.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas, with exposure to EMEA regions.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent (or working toward it) preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you are approachable and solutions-focused.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with great time management.
- Comfortable with HR systems and reporting tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally to support our global team.
- Legally eligible to work in either the UK, Slovenia, or The Netherlands.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- We offer a flexible working environment that embraces both in-person and remote work;
- We’re committed to providing professional growth and development opportunities;
- We give back to our communities through global initiatives and donations;
- We work hard, but we like to have fun too!
