About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent business school graduate or a candidate with up to two years of relevant professional experience (pre-/post-MBA, consulting, or a reputable trainee program) to apply strategic skills in a dynamic, global environment. The Junior Strategy Analyst will work closely with the Global Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A and other colleagues on a range of activities such as presentations, governance, project and process management activities. Responsabilities:

  • Assist in preparing high-quality presentations and reports for senior management, management and board meetings, and other strategic forums
  • Support the organization, coordination, and documentation of internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions
  • Conduct research and basic strategic analysis on markets, competitors, and industry trends to inform decision-making
  • Gather and synthesize data from internal and external sources to support strategic initiatives, M&A projects, and business reviews
  • Help manage and improve team processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure efficient operations
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across regions and functions to collect information and align on project objectives
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field;
  • Master's degree or pre-MBA experience a plus.
  • Up to 2 years of work experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a reputable trainee program preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other European languages a plus
  • Able to distill complex information into clear, compelling presentation in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Some experience in data analytics a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
