About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer, Research who thrives on curiosity, empathy, and evidence-based design.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end user research to uncover deep insights about scientists, clinicians, and data teams.
• Translate findings into actionable design strategies and product decisions.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to shape user journeys and prototypes.
• Champion human-centered design across our AI and biotech ecosystem.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in UX research or research-driven design.
• Skilled in qualitative & quantitative research methods.
• Strong analytical and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable with data-heavy, technical, or scientific interfaces.
