📒Objective:

• Build a new GitHub Enterprise environment from scratch (greenfield) for a Proof of Concept project.
• Later, migrate existing CI/CD infrastructure from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise.
• Define an authorization concept (who can access what, roles, permissions).
• Create a harmonized DevOps infrastructure across all projects.

📝Technical requirements & skillset:

• Proven, hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, including:
• Environment setup and configuration.
• Naming conventions, access rights, repository management.
• CI/CD pipeline administration.
• Ability to consult and guide the customer on best practices.

🗂️Experience with:

• Azure DevOps
• Jenkins (to be migrated later).
• Terraform (infrastructure as code).

📖Combination of:

1. Consulting capabilities – design, guidance, recommendations.
2. Implementation skills – executing the actual setup and configurations.

📚Project phases:

1. Phase 1: Setup of the GitHub Enterprise environment + CI/CD administration.
2. Phase 2: Migration from Azure DevOps / Jenkins to GitHub Enterprise.
3. Phase 3: Harmonization of all toolchains across the DevOps landscape.
