We’re developing a web-based 3D collaboration platform that merges the creativity of virtual worlds with the functionality of SaaS tools - a space where work feels human, interactive, and engaging. A permanent digital hub that connects customers, partners, and teams  - built once, used endlessly, and accessible from any browser. 

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer on a 50% part time basis with strong SaaS and 3D interaction experience to help us shape the future of immersive, browser-based teamwork. 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for our in-browser 3D platform - from research and ideation to prototyping and high-fidelity design. 
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of developers and product managers in an Agile environment. 
• Design intuitive interfaces that make complex 3D interactions simple and engaging. 
• Create and maintain wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems in Figma (or similar tools). 
• Ensure a consistent and scalable SaaS-grade user experience across all features. 
• Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and continuously improve through user testing and iteration. 

Who You Are 

• Proven 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing SaaS products and interactive web applications. 
• Deep understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, usability, and interaction patterns. 
• Comfortable designing for in-browser 3D environments (Unity WebGL/WebGPU). 
• Proven experience designing spatial UX for games, virtual environments, or browser-based 3D applications. 
• Deep understanding of user navigation, camera perspectives, and interaction design in 3D space. 
• Able to design HUDs, in-world menus, and contextual UI overlays that enhance immersion without disrupting gameplay or collaboration. 
• Proven experience designing SaaS web applications with complex user flows and multi-role functionality. 
• Familiar with admin panels, dashboard systems, analytics interfaces, and management tools. 
• Experienced with designing payment systems, subscription flows, and user account management interfaces. 
• Strong grasp of data visualization, information hierarchy, and consistent UI frameworks across a SaaS product ecosystem. 
• Strong eye for visual design, typography, motion, and hierarchy. 
• Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. 
• Experienced in collaborating within Agile teams and translating product goals into user-centered solutions. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to align design direction across disciplines. 
• Excellent communication skills in English. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with metaverse platforms, digital showrooms, or virtual collaboration environments. 
• Understanding of spatial UX, navigation, and camera interaction design. 
• Interest in AI-assisted design or emerging technologies shaping digital collaboration.
