For our international pharma client we are looking for a Project Manager - Supply Chain Manufacturing (m/f/d).
The company is transforming and is looking for support for an internal project related to processes and systems harmonization between 2 different business units within the company, at a global and country level.
Location: Geneva
Workload: 100%
Hybrid model: 3 days on site 2 days home office
Duration: ASAP – 30.06.2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain PMO for a Global Integration project
- Lead, drive, oversee and monitor in close collaboration with Business stakeholders the evaluation and implementation of future integrated business set ups
- Lead Workstream and oversee future flows design in alignment with key stakeholders, project timelines, business and IT requirements.
- Drive and oversee end-to-end flows implementation.
- Leverage on PMO tool to provide a project tracking dashboard and pro-active follow up on activities including driving resolutions for open topics.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Extensive professional experience
- Advanced level of English
- At ease with MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Confirmed experience in project management: experience of integration, finance, systems and processes with ability to support the functions through the transition
- Experience in Supply Chain (End-to-end flows and processes implementation)
- Life sciences and commercial experience are an asset
- Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams
- Strong communication & story telling skills
