🚀 Full-Stack / Backend Developer (with Scrum Master experience) – Stockholm / Hybrid

Are you a skilled Full-Stack or Backend Developer who enjoys facilitating agile processes and helping teams deliver great results?

This fast-growing FinTech scale-up in Stockholm is looking for someone to join their close-knit tech team and take on a hybrid technical–Scrum Master role.

You’ll be part of a 10-person engineering team working on a state-of-the-art, event-driven platform built with modern microservice architecture. The environment is fast-moving but supportive, giving you the freedom to take ownership, bring new ideas, and shape how things are done.

💼 The Role

As a developer, you’ll work hands-on with modern backend technologies while also facilitating team processes such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

This isn’t a bureaucratic Scrum Master role, it’s about helping the team stay aligned, organised, and moving efficiently.

Tech stack:

• Node.js / NestJS
• MySQL (RDS), MongoDB
• RabbitMQ, Redis
• AWS

• Bonus experience:

• Grafana, SEQ, GitHub, Bitwarden
• TypeScript or Golang
