  • Strong understanding of Android SDK, UI frameworks, modern app architecture (View models, Clean Architecture, etc.) and data and file storage.
  • Experience integrating APIs, working with offline storage, and handling scalability.
  • A collaborative mindset – you enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • A product-focused developer who cares about details, design, and end-user experience.
  • Bonus: Experience with audio playback, in-app purchases, or content-heavy apps.

Who You Are

  • You’re curious, creative, and excited about building products that make a difference for families.
  • You care about code quality and enjoy balancing speed with craftsmanship.
  • You thrive in a fast-growing startup environment where things move quickly.
  • You want to be part of a mission: getting more kids around the world to love reading.
