We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR system and process specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing, maintaining, and supporting HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and seamless employee experience. You will act as a bridge between HR and IT, translating business needs into system solutions and process improvements.
System Management & Support
- Administer and maintain our HR system Workday and other HR-related systems (e.g., payroll, academy).
- Monitor HR system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Provide technical support and training on system functionality and best practices to HR users and stakeholders.
- Experience in the interface between HR systems and IT administration
Process Optimization
- Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Design and implement streamlined workflows that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Document processes and create user guides and SOPs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other teams to align systems with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and external vendors.
- Act as a key point of contact for system-related queries and process improvements.
Project Management
- Lead or support HR systems upgrades, testing, implementation and enhancement projects.
- Plan effectively, involve the right stakeholders at the right time, follow up to ensure progress, and deliver results that create real value for the business
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in HR systems administration and process improvement.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
- Proven experience in improving HR processes.
- Track record of planning effectively, following up, and driving progress to deliver impactful results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English, professional level.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Experience of working in a global organization.
The role is based at our HQ office in Gothenburg. We are eager to fill this role and will be conducting interviews on a rolling basis.
