Service Delivery Manager -IT Security

Location: Malmo, Sweden (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: 6 month contract (likely to extend longer term)

December start date

We are supporting a leading Swedish manufacturing brand who is looking for a service delivery manager with IT Security experience to join them on an initial 6 month contract (option to extend longer term).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incidents/problems
• Support backlog, release/change planning, and patches/upgrades.
• Own the service delivery scope - oversee implementations, developments and dashboards.

Key Competencies & Experience

• 3+ years in Service Delivery/Service Management within cybersecurity, SIEM, or observability.
• ITIL v3/4 (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CSI)
• Broad technical base: Linux, networking, certificates, authentication (SAML/OIDC), cloud logging (AWS/Azure/GCP), scripting (e.g., Python or bash)
