About the Role - Project Coordinator
This role is central to how we create structure and flow in our partnerships. As Project Coordinator, you support the team in keeping projects organised and moving forward — preparing presentations and reports, coordinating activities, and ensuring that both we and our partners can stay focused on what creates value. The role suits someone who enjoys bringing order, clarity, and service into a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Project coordination – planning, scheduling, and follow-up in ongoing projects with clients and candidates.
- Presentations and reports – preparing and completing materials such as interview notes, assessment reports, workshop documents, project updates, and proposals.
- Digital tools – using and exploring tools such as ChatGPT, Teams, and candidate systems to simplify work and improve quality.
- Contribute to Posteris’ development – taking part in the development of how we work, grow as a team and as company
Who You Are
You bring structure, clear communication, and reliability — with a genuine interest in people. You enjoy coordinating many moving parts, creating overview and order, and helping others succeed through good planning and organisation. You might have a few years of experience in coordination, administration, or project support, or you may have worked longer and want to apply your skills in a smaller, more collaborative setting where your work has visible impact.
- Experience from coordination, administration, or project support — whether in consulting, a smaller company, or another setting where you’ve been the one creating structure and keeping things moving.
- Interest in working with PowerPoint and Word, and a sense for creating clear and communicative materials.
- Curious about exploring digital tools — from Teams to AI-based systems — to work smarter and more efficient.
- A relevant academic background in business, communication, HR, or similar.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Practical Information
Location: Helsingborg or Stockholm
Working model: Hybrid – with the possibility to work remotely a few days a week.
