We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our client’s digital analytics organization.

This role will focus on the “Commit” area — the cart, checkout, and purchase journey across both web and mobile app channels. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to analyze customer behavior, optimize conversion performance, and identify actionable insights that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth funnel analysis to understand user behavior across cart and checkout stages.
  • Identify and quantify drop-offs, behavioral trends, and optimization opportunities across channels.
  • Evaluate conversion drivers such as availability, delivery fees, distance-to-store, and price perception.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations that improve checkout experience and conversion rates.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and interpret A/B tests and experiments.
  • Support data-driven OKR setting for product teams and contribute to shared analytics best practices.
  • Collaborate within a team of analysts to standardize methods and continuously enhance digital measurement quality.


Your Profile

You are a structured and business-oriented analyst with a passion for understanding how data influences user behavior and decision-making.

You enjoy turning complex data into actionable insights that shape product strategy and digital growth.


Must-have competencies:

  • Strong command of SQL for extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of conversion funnels and user journey optimization.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with digital or product teams.


Nice-to-have competencies:

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, or Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Experience using Python (Notebooks) for analytics or automation.
  • Background in eCommerce, FMCG, or digital product environments.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute to shared analytics frameworks.
