About The Role

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of AI products, collaborate with teams, and own features end-to-end in a fast-growing AI startup.

The role involves developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of the product suite, which is built on top of cutting-edge voice models used by millions worldwide.

General Responsibilities Include

• Building and maintaining scalable products and platforms powered by state-of-the-art AI.
• Owning features end-to-end across the stack, from conception to deployment.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Growth, and Sales teams to design solutions for critical customer and internal workflows.
• Taking high degrees of ownership while influencing the direction of features and products.
  
  

Specific Responsibilities May Involve

• Scoping and building new proof-of-concept products (sometimes directly with partners) that can later scale to new markets.
• Enhancing existing products to ensure they remain intuitive, powerful, and aligned with the latest AI breakthroughs.
• Strengthening internal infrastructure for reliability, performance, and security at scale.
• Collecting, managing, and processing massive datasets to support the next generation of generative voice models.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven ability to solve hard problems through past projects, GitHub contributions, or designs
• Expertise in Python
• Experience in Web Development with TypeScript/React
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage solutions, and common system design patterns
• Strong knowledge of data structures and scalable architectures

Salary: 80000 - 120000 EUR
