TRANSEARCH Istanbul Office is now looking for new Executive Recruiter, that will work on senior leadership & talent acquisition projects, will be in charge of end to end assignment management.

The Position

Your primary responsibilities will include developing search strategies in consultation with our consultants, conducting industry-specific research, screening prospective candidates, and building a pipeline of qualified individuals. In addition, you will assist in preparing business development materials, manage candidate relationships, and contribute to maintaining client relationships.

• You will be focusing on assignments across Turkiye, and Middle East regions, specializing in executive searches
• Your responsibilities will include working with both private and public sector organizations, providing counsel on executive placements and assessments at the C-suite, Director, and Head levels.
• Your role will also involve in identifying candidates who align culturally with large corporations, publicly-listed and privately-owned companies, families in business companies, as well as various private equity-owned organizations.

You will be expected to

• Develop effective search strategies in collaboration with Partners
• Conduct in-depth industry and client company research
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications
• Write candidate assessments and present candidates to clients
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with client relationship management and business development activities
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all search information
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver high-quality output on time

Desired Experience

• Max. 1 year of professional experience or internship attendee
• A graduate degree is required
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
