About Your Role

As a Technical User Experience Design - Sr Professional II, you will be part of a talented UX team dedicated to creating user-centered design solutions. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies for Fiserv's digital products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers and team members.
- Drive innovation and ensure consistency in design across various platforms.

- 4+ years of experience in user experience design
- 2+ years of experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- 2+ years of experience in HTML and CSS
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in designing for web and mobile applications
