We're Hiring: Product Manager for a Fast-Growing Fintech Startup

We’re hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing fintech company headquartered in Kuwait that’s transforming global, shariah-compliant investing. Recognized as Fintech of the Year 2023 by Entrepreneur Magazine, the company continues to expand its reach across the Middle East and Europe — with most of its talented team based in Turkey.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can take full ownership of delivery, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product and the Product Manager in Kuwait to plan, manage, and deliver projects on schedule — all while keeping the startup’s fast, agile spirit alive.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Own project delivery from planning to release, ensuring quality, scope, and timelines are met
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams of up to 40 people across engineering, QA, and product
• Lead sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives to drive effective execution
• Communicate regularly with the Head of Product and the Product Manager in Kuwait to align priorities and progress
• Translate business requirements into clear tasks and actionable plans for developers
• Speak the shared language of developers to ensure smooth collaboration and realistic planning
• Discuss high-level tradeoffs in scope, time, and technical complexity with stakeholders
• Identify risks early and proactively resolve blockers
• Contribute to improving internal workflows and delivery processes

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience managing software or fintech projects
• Proven track record managing teams of 30–40+ people in a delivery-driven environment
• Strong grasp of software development processes and agile methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers — understanding code-level discussions, APIs, and workflows
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (you’ll be in regular contact with Kuwait HQ)
• Experience or strong interest in stock markets, trading systems, or fintech
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and people management skills
• A startup mindset — adaptable, proactive, and focused on results rather than corporate procedures
