The job is located in Żerniki, near to Poznań.

Your responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the full UX/UI process.
• Design and iterate user experiences from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UI/UX with business and technical requirements.
• Contribute to and maintain design consistency across digital products.
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and product engagement.
• Advocate for UX best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.

Our requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of 2–3+ case studies.
• Proficiency with design tools: Figma & FigJam, Adobe CC.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills — verbal and written — with the ability to explain your design decisions clearly.
• Ability to think strategically while paying close attention to detail.
• Experience working across the full product development lifecycle.
• Proactive mindset and continuous learning attitude — especially in new tech, AI in design, and system-level design.

Optional

• Degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, HCI, or related field.
• Familiarity with tools like: ChatGPT, Google Tag Manager, Muze, Bubble, Webflow, Flutterflow
• Background in Graphic Design or related discipline is a strong plus.
