Not only will you play a vital role in integrating AI into network automation, but you'll also enjoy being part of Nokia's culture that emphasizes innovation and teamwork.As an AI Automation Long Term (Part-Time) Intern, you will play a vital role in developing AI chatbots and automation projects, focusing on network performance monitoring and troubleshooting. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking solutions that enhance connectivity and improve lives worldwide, all while helping shape a more productive and inclusive future.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Contribute to the Development of Large Language Model-based Generative AI Chatbots
- Develop Care-related Network Monitoring Tools/use-cases, Case Handling Automation/Log Analytics-related automation features
- Work hands-on with code to develop cloud-native analytics use-cases, which may include big data processing, machine learning, including prediction/clustering problems and robotics process automation.
- Perform & contribute full-stack development activities related to tools developed in-house
- Design and develop of Python scripts to support various analytics needs
- Automate recurrent data processing, analysis & visualization tasks that will be further used by hundreds of care engineers worldwide
- Perform testing activities on the new developments
You have:
- Student or new graduate in a BS/MS: Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Electrics and Electronics Engineering / Data Engineering
- Excellent English skills: both verbal and written, with native Turkish language skills.
- Passion for AI with a demonstrated background in AI development.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Large Language Models, ChatGPT, Open Source LLM Models (ex: LLama3, Mixtral, …), Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- Experience of relational (ex: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and non-relational (ex: MongoDB, Elasticsearch, OpenTSDB) DBMS and experience in writing SQL or NoSQL queries.
- Knowledge of web front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js)
- AI/ML: Implementing deep learning models using open source frameworks such as Keras andTensor Flow, etc.
- Using Linux operating system
