Responsibilities:
- To track the validity of Personnel Licenses, Staff Authorizations and Certificates
- To administrate Personnel Records and Personnel Database, including certifying staff licenses, maintenance personnel training and qualification and ensure that records and database are up-to-date
- To administrate Certifying Staff Member authorizations and certificates
- To liaise with training organizations and organize internal trainings
- To archive current and revised Original Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and at is annexes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Positive and proactive attitude towards Quality & Safety
- Able to thrive in a changing environment
- Able to work with company department managers to guide Quality & Safety requirements without causing friction
- Good ability to manipulate digital databases so as to maintain an efficient central database
- Fluent in English
