We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Security Team and play a central role in shaping Deepinfo’s product direction, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing insights. This is a cross-functional role that blends deep cybersecurity expertise with product thinking, research, benchmarking, and collaboration.

You will track industry developments, analyze competitors, define and deconstruct must-have features, and translate your findings into actionable tasks for the Software Team. You will monitor global security news, determine which stories are most important, and publish curated updates within the platform.

You will also analyze customer accounts and usage to generate customer-specific insights that inform product decisions.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Continuously research and analyze cybersecurity trends, tools, vendors, and product categories.
• Benchmark competitors and define must-have capabilities for Deepinfo’s platform.
• Break down capabilities into structured feature definitions and actionable tasks for the Software Team.
• Monitor vulnerability disclosures, threat actor campaigns, and major breaches, and decide which should be published in the platform.
• Curate and publish short, high-signal news updates inside the Deepinfo platform.
• Analyze customer accounts, platform usage, and external footprint to produce customer-specific insights.
• Work with the Product Team to guide roadmap and prioritization based on findings.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Team to support PoCs, demos, and insight-driven conversations.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, product security, or technical security analysis roles.
• Security Knowledge: Strong grasp of vulnerability intelligence, internet-facing assets, threat actor behavior, and platform detection capabilities.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to compare products, analyze trends, and define meaningful differentiators.
• Product Awareness: Able to translate research and findings into structured product tasks.
• Signal Filtering: Capable of identifying high-value items in the daily flow of security news and disclosures.
• Detail Orientation: High attention to accuracy, documentation, and structured analysis.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working with Software and Commercial teams.
• Remote Work Discipline: Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Soft Skills: Excellent time management, communication, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Language Skills: Comfortable working in English.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field from a reputable university.

💡 Big Plusses

• Experience in a SaaS security platform or security vendor.
• Familiarity with EASM, CTI, AppSec, or brand monitoring products.
• Strong understanding of IP infrastructure, DNS, WHOIS, and digital footprint tracking.
• Experience writing technical briefs, benchmarks, or insight summaries.
