🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Security Risk Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Supporting certification programs and assessments, such as: ISO 27001, COBIT, in close collaboration with IT and business teams. Hands-on experience working on these programs, including performing gap and readiness assessments is required,
• Conducting and participating in ISO27001, PCI-DSS and IT audits, provide up-to-date documentation and clear cut policies in line with daily processes,
• Proactively identifying gaps or improvement opportunities in existing GRC processes and working on developing solutions to enable maturity, through automation or other mechanisms,
• Evaluating and advising new technnologies and security products,
• Defining security & privacy requirements for new products & services,
• Perform security reviews, identify gaps in security architecture, and develop a security risk management plan,
• Providing risk guidance for IT projects, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls
• Working on designing and implementation of security products such as DLP, SIEM, data classification, data masking tools,
• Establishing and sustaining Secure SDLC for all the applications,
• Cyber Security Baseline – implementation and maintenance of the key security baseline controls,
• Performing security hardening to all the infrastructure,
• Working on GDPR and KVKK compliance related to new projects and implementations.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with proficiency in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or relevant technical field experience in a security domain,
• 5+ years of experience in GRC, security risk management, IT Security, cyber security fields,
• Experienced in implementing or building certification programs such as ISO 27k, etc.,
• Knowledge on related legislation such as KVKK/GDPR and IT frameworks or standards such as COBIT, ISO, NIST,
• Working knowledge of application security/cyber security products and services (DLP, PAM, SAST, DAST, Container Security etc.),
• Having a knowledge/experience at least 2 of the following areas: Information Security Risk, Management, Application Security, Cloud Security, Data Security, Cyber Threat Risk, Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery,
• Applied experience in IT risk, control, governance and compliance concepts,
• Related certifications (CISSP, CISA, etc.) is a plus,
• Good command of English,
• Ability to work in agile work environment,
• Multitasking, time and stress management is a plus,
• Preferably being detail oriented and having well organized work skills.
