Job Purpose

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects in line with the company's strategic goals and software development standards. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of project outcomes.

🚀 Your next challenge:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of assigned software development projects using Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with IT Manager, software development teams, and product development teams to ensure effective planning and execution
• Analyze project requirements and propose the most suitable technical solutions from a project feasibility perspective
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including timelines, risk logs, and progress reports in accordance with documentation standards
• Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they align with scope, timeline, and budget
• Facilitate effective communication among development, product, and business teams
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Coordinate with third-party vendors or technical partners when needed

🌟 You’re a match, if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Min 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus

📍 Your Location:Preferred: Istanbul, Turkey Hybrid ( 2 days a month in the office )
