Strategic Network Planning: Develop and implement a strategic network plan that aligns with the organization’s long-term business goals. Provide forecasted network needs and growth, recommending appropriate technologies and upgrades.

Network Design and Architecture: Design robust, scalable network architectures that support Solidigm Company’s applications and services. Ensure redundancy, failover capabilities, and disaster recovery plans are in place for critical network components.

Advanced Network Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Act as the primary expert in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal network performance.

Network Services Recommendations: Evaluate business needs and industry best practices to recommend network services and solutions that align with Solidigm Company’s strategic goals.

Design and Implementation Oversight: Assist with the design, implementation, operational, and management activities for the network environment, including the approval of integration, testing procedures for data network designs, and scheduling of network changes.

Capacity and Performance Management: Recommend and approve network capacity thresholds based on detailed analysis and projections. Provide comprehensive capacity and performance reports to support decision-making processes.

Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate support activities with public carriers and other third-party suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of issues.

Policy and Procedure Development: Document network requirements, policies, and procedures, ensuring they meet Solidigm Company’s operational and security standards.

Incident and Problem Management: Provide rapid resolution of network incidents and problems, minimizing downtime and adverse impacts on business operations. Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

Performance Management and Optimization: Monitor network performance indicators, diagnosing and resolving issues before they impact users. Continuously assess and optimize network performance through tuning and advanced technologies.

Documentation and Knowledge Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive network documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and policy manuals. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across the organization.
