The Role

We’re searching for a Founding CTO + CPO, a visionary builder who can imagine what doesn’t exist yet, and then make it real. You’ll architect and launch the first version of WYLE in collaboration with our external tech partner, while shaping the foundation for an internal product and engineering team post-funding. This is a founding-level role, not employment. You’ll be part of the core team driving us toward our pre-seed funding round, working for equity until funding closes, followed by a competitive salary and full benefits.

You Will

• Architect the product and technology vision from zero to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering partners to deliver a world-class MVP.
• Lead strategy for scalability, UX, AI integration, and data intelligence.
• Build and inspire a global-class tech and product team.
• Work side-by-side with the Founder & CEO on roadmap, funding, and scale.

You Are

• A former CTO, CPO, or VP Engineering who’s built and scaled successful apps, ideally multi-vertical or super-app platforms.
• Experienced in taking products from MVP → Seed → Series A, with fundraising and exit experience (IPO or acquisition).
• A builder’s mind, able to partner with external teams until internal talent is in place.
• Deeply fluent in mobile, cloud, fintech, and growth-driven tech stacks.
• A strategic communicator and hands-on leader, capable of balancing vision and execution.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate (visa + insurance provided).
