Job Description

We are seeking a Product Analyst – Loyalty to support the growth and optimization of our flagship loyalty program Shukran. This role will focus on analyzing customer behaviors, loyalty tiers, rewards adoption, and personalization opportunities to drive CLTV, wallet, and cross-brand engagement.


The Product Analyst will partner with product managers, data teams, and business stakeholders to generate insights, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable recommendations that enhance loyalty experiences, customer retention, and engagement across Landmark Group brands.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Analyze member lifecycle, tier performance, engagement levels, and redemption trends.
  • Identify opportunities for tier growth, personalization, and improved customer experience.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer cohorts, retention patterns, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve loyalty KPIs (e.g., CLTV, redemption %, repeat purchase rate).
  • Support A/B testing of loyalty features (rewards, offers, gamification).
  • Track the performance of new product launches, partnerships, and reward mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for loyalty program performance across brands and geographies.
  • Provide regular reporting on acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, Data Science, and Partnerships teams to drive adoption of Shukran Loyalty.
  • Support business cases with data-driven insights for new loyalty features or enhancements.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience


Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in product analytics, loyalty/CRM analytics, or customer value management.
  • Prior experience in retail, eCommerce, fintech, or consumer tech is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience with loyalty programs, customer engagement, or CRM analytics is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and product analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
