1. Expand local Top CPO/eMSP partnership resources to ensure the local brand network is implemented as planned.

2. Conduct site surveys and screenings of potential partner networks and sites according to company standards to ensure that partner sites meet XPeng brand requirements.

3. After project confirmation, draft and review relevant contract documents for the cooperation project, including commercial contracts, MOUs, NDAs, quotation documents, etc.

4. Project Management: Familiar with the construction and management processes of overseas charging station & energy storage projects, familiar with local OEM/CPO brand network construction standards, and responsible for the entire process management of the brand network in Thailand or Southeast Asia, from project initiation, design finalization, procurement bidding (if applicable), construction progress and quality management, acceptance and delivery to later operation & maintenance.

5. Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders. a) Maintain good communication with domestic and international departments to ensure company interests and project processes are compliant, budgets are reasonable, and meet company standards. b) Establish a sound communication and collaboration mechanism with local dealers to ensure the charging network supports their local new vehicle sales; coordinate with the international department and dealers to design and implement local charging rights. c. Coordinate and manage local partners, owners, or relevant authorities; handle project anomalies and changes.

6. Risk Identification and Response: Identify local compliance and potential project risks, report significant risks promptly, develop and implement risk response plans, protect company interests, and ensure project safety and on-plan implementation.
