Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store In charge located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Store In charge will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and supervise store staff. Key tasks include maintaining stock levels, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Manages E-commerce deliveries and logistics arrangements.

Salary Package

Salary will range between AED 4500-5500

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Prior experience in the garments industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce
• Should be good in MS excel and word.
