Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes across web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into compelling user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design goals.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance the user experience.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual language across all platforms and devices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design (a plus).
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and design systems.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development is a plus.
