The company provides crypto payment solutions to businesses in over 40 countries, serving more than 500 clients worldwide. Its platform offers reliable infrastructure for sending, receiving, and managing cryptocurrency transactions, enabling seamless integration of crypto payments into products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision and ensure it solves real market needs
  • Run the full lifecycle: discovery, requirements, launch, and post-release support
  • Coordinate design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to ship on time and in scope
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog, write clear PRDs, and select features by business impact
  • Lead customer interviews, capture feedback, and translate insights into the roadmap
  • Monitor product metrics (adoption, NPS, churn, etc.) and iterate based on performance
  • Support sales and account managers with product knowledge, especially for large or strategic onboardings
  • Present roadmap updates and feature demos to internal stakeholders and clients

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a Product Manager in B2B or B2C SaaS or FinTech, with a focus on CRM-oriented products
  • Solid command of the full product lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Proven collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-quality features
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and standard product management tooling
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions using both qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • English C1+

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience with financial trading platforms or payment systems
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML, client onboarding flows (e.g., Sumsub), and FX/crypto brokerage operations
  • Proven work scaling a product from MVP to an enterprise-grade platform
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party services via APIs
  • Russian C1+
