Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and ensure it solves real market needs
- Run the full lifecycle: discovery, requirements, launch, and post-release support
- Coordinate design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to ship on time and in scope
- Maintain a prioritized backlog, write clear PRDs, and select features by business impact
- Lead customer interviews, capture feedback, and translate insights into the roadmap
- Monitor product metrics (adoption, NPS, churn, etc.) and iterate based on performance
- Support sales and account managers with product knowledge, especially for large or strategic onboardings
- Present roadmap updates and feature demos to internal stakeholders and clients
- 2+ years as a Product Manager in B2B or B2C SaaS or FinTech, with a focus on CRM-oriented products
- Solid command of the full product lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Proven collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-quality features
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and standard product management tooling
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions using both qualitative and quantitative inputs
- English C1+
- Experience with financial trading platforms or payment systems
- Knowledge of KYC/AML, client onboarding flows (e.g., Sumsub), and FX/crypto brokerage operations
- Proven work scaling a product from MVP to an enterprise-grade platform
- Familiarity with integrating third-party services via APIs
- Russian C1+
