About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive who’s passionate about people, technology, and impact. You’ll serve as the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that every training engagement runs seamlessly and every client feels valued, supported, and inspired.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional post-sales experience.
  • Support onboarding, delivery coordination, and follow-up for corporate training programs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and training teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance engagement.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and communications to strengthen client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and client data in CRM and internal systems.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, client servicing, or account coordination (preferably B2B).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you’re proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, video conferencing platforms, and collaborative apps.
  • Passionate about digital transformation, learning, and technology-driven impact.
