On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned it and communications company, We are seeking an Operations Support System (OSS) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The OSS Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design, monitoring, and operational management of systems and networks that ensure the efficient performance of our communication infrastructure.

This role involves a strong focus on both functional and non-functional requirements, including end-to-end system design, proactive monitoring, and effective error handling. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation combined with business acumen in operations and systems engineering.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize OSS systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Handle and resolve system errors efficiently while minimizing service disruptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of OSS platforms.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through performance analytics and system enhancements.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Operations and Systems Engineering: Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining OSS infrastructure.
  • Networking: Strong understanding of IP networking and ICT environments.
  • Data & Analytics: Ability to interpret and analyze data for system performance insights.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of carrier OSS functions, models, and operational workflows.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following domains:

Operations and Systems Engineering

Networking

Data & Analytics

  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT
  • Strong understanding of Carrier OSS systems, functions, and business models.
  • Deep knowledge of ICT and IP networking environments.
  • Proven experience in Carrier OSS delivery, customer success, or technical account management within large-scale carrier environments.
