Job Description
What we are looking for
Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the Technology Architect and IT Project Manager plays a key role in the design, management, and evolution of the technology architecture, while leading various strategic projects for the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Technology Architecture – 60%
- Design, document, and maintain the IT architecture (infrastructure, systems, security, cloud, application integration).
- Evaluate and recommend technologies based on business needs and strategic directions.
- Define and apply IT standards and best practices.
- Ensure the consistency, performance, and security of technological environments.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of procedures, configurations, and interventions.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage technology projects (infrastructure, cybersecurity, migration, integration, etc.).
- Define deliverables, timelines, budgets, and necessary resources.
- Ensure communication with internal stakeholders (clinics, operating rooms, laboratories) and external stakeholders (suppliers).
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Act as a technological point of reference for management and IT teams.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure project success.
- Conduct continuous technological monitoring and propose areas for improvement.
