Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and crypto-native Growth Lead to spearhead our business development efforts and expand our user base for Vybe Network's APIs and Vybe platform. This role is crucial in identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships, and enhancing our community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Product-Led Growth (PLG)

  • Funnel Ownership: Own the full user journey from initial API key sign-up (Acquisition) through active usage, upgrade to paid tiers (Conversion), and sustained usage (Retention).
  • Experimentation: Establish a rigorous data-driven experimentation culture (A/B testing, rapid iteration) across product touchpoints, documentation, and pricing pages to maximize conversion efficiency.
  • Pricing & Packaging: Work closely with the Product Lead to iterate on pricing, packaging, and feature gating strategies to improve monetization of power users and institutional clients.

Execution & Acquisition

  • Developer Marketing: Develop and execute content, community, and partnership strategies targeting DeFi developers and technical traders to drive initial API adoption.
  • App-Side Growth & Engagement: Spearhead user acquisition and retention efforts across our customer-facing applications (DeFi Terminal, Snipe App). This includes optimizing in-app onboarding flows, driving feature adoption through lifecycle marketing, and maximizing the monetization potential of our application user base.
  • Data Analysis: Use advanced analytics (SQL, Python, internal dashboards) to analyze user behavior, identify friction points in the user journey, and uncover leading indicators of churn or upgrade potential.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the Sales/BD team to create high-impact marketing materials, case studies, and battle cards that translate technical performance metrics (e.g., sub-50ms latency) into clear business value.

Leadership & Accountability

  • KPI Accountability: Be directly accountable for key growth metrics, including Monthly Active Users (MAU), Free-to-Paid Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from product-led channels.
  • Budget Management: Manage the growth marketing budget, proving ROI for all acquisition and retention initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Crypto Native: Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, and the crypto community's culture. Deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem is a huge plus.
  • Business Development Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or growth roles within the tech or crypto industries.
  • Community Management Skills: Experience managing and growing online communities, particularly on platforms like Discord and Telegram.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that align with company goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technical knowledge to understand and effectively position our API solutions to developers and technical users.
  • Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying opportunities and driving projects forward.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working closely with remote teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
