We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong track record in SaaS and custom software implementations to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you’ll manage the full pipeline of client projects – from initial intake through delivery – while also leading your own projects and supporting inflight projects. You’ll gather requirements, manage stakeholders, configure Avanti solutions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client needs.
You’re comfortable having tough conversations, including enforcing timelines and navigating change requests. You’re a fast learner, technically oriented, and passionate about using software to drive business outcomes. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills are essential. You’re confident training users, solutioning with clients, and collaborating both with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple client-facing implementation projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to configure solutions, resolve issues, and support successful onboarding and training.
- Facilitate client requirements gathering, set expectations, and guide tough conversations around timelines and change requests.
- Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to clients and senior leadership.
- Support pre-sales efforts by advising on implementation strategies and potential challenges.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS or custom software implementations.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex solutions.
- Foundational knowledge of Canadian Payroll and Human Capital Management fundamentals is a major asset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence in presenting change requests and holding clients accountable.
- Technically savvy, highly organized, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable training users in various settings.
