SMART CONTRACT DEVELOPER (3 POSITIONS)

THE ROLE

We're hiring three Smart Contract Developers to build the core smart contract infrastructure powering our decentralized exchange. You'll develop battle-tested, auditable smart contracts that handle billions in trading volume while maintaining the highest security standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement core DEX smart contracts (order book, AMM, liquidity pools)

• Develop smart contract framework optimized for our custom Layer-1 blockchain

• Build advanced trading features: limit orders, stop losses, perpetual futures

• Implement cross-chain bridge smart contracts with multi-signature validation

• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for all contracts

• Prepare contracts for security audits and implement audit recommendations

• Optimize gas efficiency and transaction costs (<$0.01 per transaction target)

• Develop smart contract libraries and developer tools for ecosystem

• Document contract architecture and create technical specifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in smart contract development

• Expert-level proficiency in Solidity and/or Rust for smart contracts

• Proven track record building DeFi protocols (DEXs, lending, derivatives)

• Deep understanding of DeFi primitives: AMMs, order books, liquidity management

• Strong knowledge of smart contract security best practices and common vulnerabilities

• Experience with smart contract testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Anchor)

• Understanding of EVM and/or alternative VM architectures

• Track record of shipping production smart contracts handling significant TVL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Smart contracts you've written have been audited by tier-1 firms (Trail of Bits, OpenZeppelin, etc.)

• Experience building on high-performance chains (Solana, Avalanche, Cosmos)

• Core contributor to successful DeFi protocols with $100M+ TVL

• Knowledge of formal verification techniques for smart contracts

• Experience with orderbook-based DEX implementations

• Understanding of MEV and front-running mitigation strategies

• Contributions to DeFi security (bug bounties, white hat activities)

• Background in traditional finance or trading systems

TECHNICAL CHALLENGES YOU'LL SOLVE

• Building hybrid CLOB/AMM architecture for optimal capital efficiency

• Implementing institutional-grade trading features in a decentralized system

• Designing secure cross-chain bridges with time-lock mechanisms

• Optimizing contract execution for <$0.01 transaction costs

• Creating robust liquidation mechanisms for derivatives

• Implementing circuit breakers and emergency pause functionality

SMART CONTRACTS YOU'LL BUILD

• Core DEX contracts: order book engine, AMM pools, routing logic

• Advanced trading: perpetual futures, options, margin trading

• Cross-chain bridges with multi-signature validation (7 of 11 validators)

• Liquidity mining and incentive distribution systems

• Insurance and user protection mechanisms ($100,000 per user coverage)

SECURITY STANDARDS

• All code will undergo three independent security audits before deployment

• Formal verification requirements for critical contracts

• $5M bug bounty program post-launch

• Real-time monitoring with AI-powered anomaly detection

• Multi-layer protection systems and circuit breakers
