The Company
Our client, a leading player in the real estate industry, is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to drive the management and enhancement of their enterprise applications. This role will focus on ERP implementation, financial systems, and reporting tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and finance.
You'll lead multiple IT initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless application performance to support business growth and financial excellence.
The Role
- Lead and manage ERP and IT application projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems, minimizing business disruption and resolving issues efficiently.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize financial reports and dashboards using Power BI and Workiva.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to manage support requests, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors to align system requirements and resolve issues.
- Document system processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Conduct user training and provide guidance to maximize effective use of financial systems and reporting tools.
- Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP system implementation and configuration (SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS, or relevant local standards).
- Hands-on experience with financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close.
- Solid knowledge of system integrations, data migration, and workflow automation
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Workiva, or Tableau
- Demonstrated experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead end-to-end project implementations and provide effective application support.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience liaising between business, IT, and external vendors.
- Excellent documentation, training, and user support capabilities.
