Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Development Officer at Athos Energy Solutions. The Chief Development Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and overseeing philanthropic initiatives. The day-to-day tasks will include managing planned and annual giving programs, engaging with donors, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Planned Giving and Annual Giving
• Strong background in Philanthropy and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus
