We are seeking a DevOps Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure, automation, and application deployment in a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing COTS platforms, building CI/CD pipelines, and administering AWS, Linux, and Windows environments.
Job Title: DevOps Administrator
Location: Santa Fe, NM (Onsite only – Remote not allowed)
Duration: Long term
Key Responsibilities:
- COTS Application Management: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain applications like OpenText Exstream, SonarQube, and Jenkins.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and optimize pipelines using Bitbucket and Jenkins; automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- AWS Administration: Configure, monitor, and secure AWS environments; troubleshoot and optimize performance and costs.
- System Administration: Manage Linux and Windows servers, including user accounts, updates, patches, and monitoring.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Partner with developers, QA, and operations teams; maintain installation/configuration documentation and provide training/support.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing and maintaining COTS applications (OpenText Exstream, SonarQube, Jenkins).
- 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins).
- 3+ years working with AWS infrastructure (setup, monitoring, and optimization).
- 3+ years in Linux and Windows system administration.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of security, access controls, and compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional COTS or cloud platforms.
- Certifications in AWS, DevOps, or Linux.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.).
