Senior Fullstack Engineer – Series B AI Startup | 100% Remote (Ukraine)

I’m partnered with a fast-scaling AI startup, fresh off a Series B raise, looking to hire an early hire Fullstack Developer to shape the next generation of their platform.

This is a role for hands-on builders who enjoy owning systems end-to-end, from backend architecture to clean, functional UI. You’ll work on production-scale APIs, and tooling that powers real-time generative AI applications.

You’ll work with

• Ruby on Rails (6+), React (17+), TypeScript
• RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL (Prisma)
• Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions), AWS/GCP
• Testing (RSpec, Jest, React Testing Library)

You bring

• Solid fullstack experience in startup(s)
• Strong hands-on background with Ruby on Rails (v6+), React (v17+), JavaScript (incl. ES6+)
• SQL Databases, ideally PostreSQL
• Ability to design, build, and deploy production-ready features end-to-end
• Proficiency in database design, API development, and performance optimisation
• Solid GitHub or code samples that show technical depth and curiosity
